A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for private and mobile paint parties at the time of booking. Cash refunds are not available. To cancel an event, a minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required before the scheduled date. In such instances, a 90-day credit will be issued for a one-time rescheduled event, with terms matching the original agreement. This policy applies to both on-site and off-site functions. Since all canvases are hand-drawn, a 2-week notice is crucial to avoid wasting supplies and time on projects that can be postponed.

 

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. Hosts of mobile paint parties must ensure adequate space and seating for their guests. Paint & Positivity Studio is not liable for any arising issues.

 

The host should arrange seating one hour before our arrival, as we are not responsible for venue organization. Our mobile paint studio arrives 30 minutes to an hour before the scheduled event time to set up our mobile art studio.

 

Delays on your part will not alter the expected conclusion time of your event. Should additional time be required, it can be arranged with the art instructor for a supplementary fee. Should you need extra time, it can be provided at a rate of $50 for half an hour or $100 for a full hour.

 

Full payment is due two weeks prior to your event.

 

Paint and Positivity LLC. reserves the right to cancel classes or events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registrants will be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled event, and refunds will be issued promptly via email or text.

 

Kindly note that cancellations must be confirmed via email with Paint & Positivity LLC. to be considered valid. Any credit granted due to a cancellation must be utilized within 90 days and will expire after this period.

 

Paint & Positivity Events

For events open to the public with ticket purchases, refunds, credits, or rescheduling are not available. Tickets are non-transferable and must be used on the specified date and time of purchase.
